don't use CPF investment, as investments are not guaranteed.. even S&P500 can give more than 4%... never rely on CPF.... who knows what are the monies used for.. and worst of all, you can see but you can't really touch the money!
CPFIS cannot guarantee 4% or even 2.4% per year interesr like interest earn in SA or OA. So be careful to this advise to use your hard earn money in these CPFIS products. You could end up losing money investing.
My wife n i been buying Mnact since 2013 . Yearly dividend yield ard 6-7% plus capital gain when opportunity come . During covid lockdown , buying cheap keppel corp, ocbc n Mnact . Last oct - early Dec , bought Keppel reit at $0.80 , Mpact at $ 1.31 n $1.41 . DBS at $31.03. Those counters dividend yield at least 5% annually . Must got knowledge n done hmework b4 buying .
