You can do 4 to 8 sets of it.
LADDER B. at 1:24
Clean and Jerk 5 reps, rest pause.
4 reps rest
3 reps , rest,
2 reps rest
1 rep.
This is 15 reps in a short period of time.
Do 3 to 6 sets of this.
