I swear, when people enjoy so much visiting my country, I start falling in love with it as well, I start to actually enjoy stuff that I wasn’t even considering, and that tourists find beautiful or unique. Thank you.
It was my first time flying out of the country to Europe in may (my birthday month) and got engaged during my vacation with my man and his parents. It was so beautiful seeing the architecture of buildings, learning about the history of Greek mythology, buildings, art, and seeing how cats can roam and you can tell the people feed and care for stray cats. I was happy with my experiences there with my fiancé and his parents.
How lovely ☺ I also thought the way you edited the part where you wanted to sit under the tree and then came back and showed why you changed your mind was funny.
Hi Tiffany! You can find so many art shop here in Italy because we have so many Accademia di Belle arti, university of fine art. Also in Tuscany we have two Accademia, one in Firenze and one in Carrara (where I live) next time you have to visit Bologna! but don’t forget also Carrara😊, Cinque Terre or Genova… 😊
The mosaics were my favorite part. There was one on the way up to a tower that had the most amazing collection of colors - gold, pale pink, dark reds and blacks. Also always climb the towers for the amazing views! What a great trip! I also really enjoyed Florence over Rome.
This was the coolest video I've seen in a while. The feelings, the art, lifestyle, food, architecture.. perfection 🤌🏼✨ also the vlog felt very relaxing and inspiring. Thank you! ☺️🫶🏼
Tiffany, This was a wonderful vlog! You should do more travel vlogs featuring art and art classes! I did not know your bday is a day from mine! I hope you return to Italy again sooner than 5 years from now! You seemed so happy and inspired! Cheers ❤
This makes me excited for my own trip next year! It'll be a painting one with himepaints! It's nice to see ya having and enjoying the sights. I can understand your friends love of Italian churches, they're just so pretty!
I also did a study abroad for a month in Italy, in a small town called Rimini (it was the off season for their festival season so it was very quiet and slow paced). I also want to return back someday but I'm so worried I'll just be feeling super sad all the time because it'll be different without all the friends I made. So thank you for being brave and going back to your study abroad town and feeling all the feels. Maybe I'll be brave enough to go back and be nostalgic one day!
I took my first solo international trip a few months ago and I did a leather workshop there and it was so much fun, I had never thought to take classes like that abroad until then, that was so fun to see in your video! I relate to you in many ways but to see you do something so similar was so magical to me LOL
The church designs were interesting but I would be sick too after 15 of them. The morning and your sketches look so beautiful. Hope you have fun using your new art supplies. I never knew about the drawing challenge of earlier artists. Also the architecture and scenery is awesome. Thanks for sharing your trip
Every time I watch your travel vlog, I feel like I'm right there with you on the journey. Your camera angles are so immersive! Just curious, have you seen the new v4 Bento Bag and the Ikigai Backpack from NomadLane? They might just fit perfectly into your travel routine.
My first European trip was to Italy, with a massive group of classmates as party of a culture class. It was on that trip that I quickly learned what a nightmare it is to travel with a lot of people. On my last day, I disappeared and made my school group worry as I just wanted to have one day alone. It was the best day as I got to meet three random locals. I learned then and 30 plus countries later, that traveling solo is the best way to do wtf you want, when you want, how you want with whomever you want. The way to never feel alone is to stay in hostels where people from all around the world travel either in small groups or alone, stay. Once you meet teenagers alone, you will never be co-dependent on anyone again. Btw, your friend seemed to be mean and snobbish, the tension between the two of you seeped through the screen. I hope on this trip you learned that you can do everything alone and do not have to depend on anyone to see what this world has to offer, even abroad. It's like the Artist's Way book, a solo trip is a artist date every day for the duration of your trip. Great video by the way. It seemed like the best experience was the workshop, you glowed!
Ahh I loved this so much!! I am from Florence and it made me feel the same nostalgia you felt in Modena to watch this here in Los Angeles ◡̈ You really captured Italy beautifully! Btw - did you know that the place you found in Rome with all the cats is where Julius Caesar was killed? It's the Theatre of Pompey and now it houses a bunch of stray cats!
oh my GOSH. i just bought tickets to italy last night! thanks for sharing your journey there with us ❤ LOVE your museum sketches! (if you see this, have you been to italy in the winter/colder weather? your study abroad photo looks like it might have been warmer weather too...but thought i'd ask! 😊)
I love the idea of traveling and looking at and making art in different parts of the world! Thanks for sharing your trip! In the future, you can probably just get an eSim data plan when you go abroad? You can purchase ahead of time and it doesn't require a physical Sim, so you can have data right away when you land.
My favorite video of all I love visiting Cathedrals and Churches when I travel. And Im so happy as a Catholic that you made this video. ❤✝️💝💞 Thank You for making this video.
When you said 'leather tortellini' I was not sure what to expect, I thought maybe there was another meaning to tortellini than a type of pasta. But what the heck - you made a leather tortellini! It's so cute, what?!? I want a whole bowl of them.
What a lovely trip!!! Thanks for sharing! I have a question, where did you get those lovely heart hoop earrings you are wearing while in Florence? They are so cuteeee 💕
lol she is so cute that she call broccolli tree a maritime pine, I'm Italian so when she talked about it I wanted to understand what tree she was talking about lol. she is so cute. I liked the description, they actually look like broccoli LMAO
Oh no you had to travel on our birthday D: I know I usually don't have good birthdays but I would hate to travel on it. Last year for it a hurricane came and lost the internet xD
❤ I think you were trying to do what you do at home with the library. That man was probably like you don’t live here. Go away. But I’m glad you found a better place. ❤ and you seem like a contemporary art lover instead of the old stuff. Which probably why you didn’t enjoy those churches.
ngl your friend being mean triggered tf outta me and made me cry haha but this video was really beautifully put together, and being able to see italy with you was such an amazing experience. thank you so much for sharing your adventures, and your artwork, with us. it's such a gift. xoxo
@@apple.cheeksreally hun, try to think it through, no friend have to be mean to us even if you try to justify it “oh that’s our friendship” nope. Talk to your therapist about it, like no one should invalidate or diminish our feelings. Just a little advice. Hugs
I love your video and wanna try to go to Italy too, but is it scary to roam Italy alone? Especially as a woman? I’ve had friends with bad experience being alone in Italy so they always had to be in a group or with a guy (part of the friend group)
I feel like as long as you don’t talk to any random strangers that approach you and watch your stuff, it should be fine! I think I felt better about being there because my friend was always a walk away from me~
As an Italian I feel like if you walk alone like past 8 pm it’s get uncomfortable! It depends on the city you want to visit tho. I’m from Milan and I would never go out past 8/9 by myself. I had experienced a lot of catcalling and weird men just do strange things but as long as you are in a public place with other people you’re safe. Where you were thinking of go? In winter it’s beautiful visit Milan or Naples for the Christmas fever eheh
