Were there any recipes made for you in France which you will try to recreate? I agree, running frequently feels easier to me, it definitely makes use of different muscles and parts of the foot. I do see sheep, but often I see cows and horses in England too. That heat is not possible for me to run in I think, often I wake early to run as I love temperatures around 10 degrees the best. I also love rainy weather and clouds, so I have enjoyed the amount of rain in July a lot, I was actually hoping for rain a few more days ☺ Thank you for sharing your personal moments during your holiday.
