This is brilliant! Here in New Zealand, as well as Australia and many Asian countries, there are often really strict weight limits (such as 7kg), so bringing huge and heavy carry on plus a large backpack full of technology is just not going to work. This is the way to go if you need to travel light and compact.

I used the exact same bag on a trip around the world; however I bought it from Temu. I used compression cubes and also a stuffable neck pillow as I wasn’t able to do laundry on my journey. My pack weighed probably 20lbs by the end of the trip as I also had my iPad and a couple small cameras with me. It’s amazing how much that bag will really hold

I've watched all of your videos. This is my favorite so far. When i travel, i like to go personal item only. The only thing i would have added is a skirt that matches the tops, but i like skirts. I LOVE that you got your travel blanket in there. I struggle with that. Its an absolute must for me. You really have it paired down to what you need. Not for me for long term, I need a personal item bag just for my dang pills! The plus side to the pills is space does open up as the trip goes along. I’d ditch the travel blanket for a scarf that’ll double as a blanket, I have two Athletica snap scarves from Athleta that are awesome, I only bring one traveling. They block the light so I don’t need an eye covering on the plane and look pretty okay for daily wear plus cheap on eBay, too, under $10. If I am aiming for carry on only, which I rarely do as we have free checked bags through American, I write up a list and modify it quite a bit before I pack, just so I stay on task and don’t ’just in case’ my suitcase over full. If I’m striving for carry on only I use solid shampoo bars, toothpaste tabs (which I hate) solid lotion, solid sunscreen, and a solid fragrance. I worry about your wallet and passport in a very easily accessible to pickpockets place in your bag. Hubs has a shirt with a huge Velcro pocket at the chest that he carries passports in and I use a dinky Travelon crossbody for my much pared down wallet. Hate thieves and don’t want them to have any opportunities to ruin any aspect of my vacation

What airline are you flying? Ive heard overseas airlines leaving US are gate checking carry ons and only business class carry onto plane. Please show us your outfits. I like your lite jacket. What month are you traveling and to where?
