I loved the reaction. About the math thing, its funny because u guys got this wrong, they were messing with their staff when the ask about weight, because they knew that they would get the answer wrong. Actually ChangBin its pretty good in math same as Chan and Lino. Here they were just messing around about being the coach

Omg i was waiting for this and it did not disappoint at all! There was so much going on in this episode ngl. I did not expect Felix to be a deadlift master though it completely makes sense and his goal is insane! Tammy you’re legit such a badass for being able to deadlift 200 pounds! Like it’s insanity but so cool at the same time. Chan being able to do everything easily didn’t shock at me all but i was still fangirling over him just like Tammy lol(twins) and his amazing and intricate movements. I loved how the boys especially changbin took the time to answer questions from stay’s! I’m sure this advice will help in the workout journey of the stay’s! I completely agree with Tammy on the wrists part. Though i don’t weight lift even a quarter of what Tammy does i still know enough to notice that. Also, Tammy you having a 15 pound barbell at home is so funny for no reason😭😂 I love how you explained the exact positions and explained your personal choice. I’m extremely impressed by how well you could explain deadlifts and bench presses with a barbell while sitting on a chair. Related to that comment about belly fat and starving, starving should never be an option! You’re likely to develop an eating disorder and live on the edge which is not a good feeling. I would know since i’ve done it. Everyone says 80% nutrition and 20% exercise and they’re absolutely right! Just like you mentioned(Tammy), there needs to be a balance in terms of calorie intake and exercise. A good diet is definitely needed to get at your ideal weight. Protein is something that can be consumed in many ways and i don’t think you guys know this but i’m actually vegetarian. I get my protein though from oats, tofu, chia seeds, lentils, soy, peanuts and a lot more. I’ve not been going to the gym lately and have even gained weight due to not having a good diet. Before you(Tammy) start scolding me on this i hate myself for it too and it’s annoying that this is happening. It’s gotten to a point that my trainer and my family are calling me lazy and i’m jealous of my 13 year old brother who’s being able to lift like 1 kg l(because i seriously won’t be able to do even that much)which is hideous, I know. Anyways all in all this comment is way too long lol😂 It’s just that as a gym freak myself i loved this episode and Tammy’s reaction which was amazing too! I’m being lazy right now and my younger brother also has the nerve to insult me by selling me unfit and showing off his skills which makes me so angry at myself and sad when he is literally being forced to go to the gym haha🤣 Don’t hate me for my laziness. I miss the gym so much and all i want to do is just go the gym and release all of my pent up stress since the gym is a happy place for me too! The gym brings me great comfort and i consider it my second home so it’s sad that i’m not being able to go right now. Loved this reaction! Thank you so much girls! I learned a lot too, to be honest. I absolutely loved Tammy in this and i don’t know about Beth and the other subscribers but this did not bore me at all. Hope to see more of this in the future and can’t wait for your upcoming reactions! Love you guys, keep it up!❤️🫶🏻

There's no scolding here. I will be honest with you that my strength is not where it is since July 2022 because of my hip injury that has left me not lifting since then. I haven't been consistent in the gym for the past month or so, and I noticed that I lost some back/trap muscles too. We all have our weird lulls that can be uncontrollable, and that's nothing to "hate" yourself about. I'm taking this period where I'm not lifting as a period of break that I haven't given myself in years, and I'm totally okay with that. You're going through some tests right now, and that's something that can't be controlled, and you will pick back up again when you have available time. I will say that I wanted to cringe when I was editing this video because my positioning for the front squat was way wrong. LMAO. My elbows were pointing down and that's a big no no, but honestly, I knew it because it felt weird and I haven't used that "barbell" in quite some time (it kinda feels like an axel bar because of the width). Anyways, I should point that out to you. LOL. This was a very fun episode, and ofc, leave it to me to go on the deep end to talk about the movements. haha. I hope they do more of these episodes in the future because I really had a great time learning more about SKZ. I had no idea that Felix can deadlift that much, which is so impressive. Honestly, I absolutely hate deadlifting. LOL. I don't mind it so much with the trap bar, but I hate conventional deadlifts so much. lol. I prefer Olympic weightlifting more than these powerlifting movements. I have no interest in benching or deadlifting but have to do it because you can't omit those exercises. lol. Really enjoyed reading this and I'm glad you enjoyed this episode too! The guys never fail to entertain us and have fun while they are at it! Love you more and take care!

@@LaChiMoLaLaOT7 Yes you did mention before that your hip injury has restricted you from doing a lot of movements which makes complete sense! You’ll definitely regain your strength and gain back the muscle. I guess i’m just hating myself because of my environment. You definitely deserve the break. I do hope to pick back again which will happen. Why is this so funny? I completely understand that but i didn’t even notice that your elbows were pointed down. I’m crazy lol. That barbell definitely has a lot of width so i get it haha😂 This was an extremely fun episode and i love how you completely went in detail which is honestly what i wanted😂 They should definitely do more of this in the future since i would love to see it! Felix’s deadlifting is amazing and his goal is crazy! I personally kind of like deadlifts but I have a lot of hatred for conventional deadlifts too lol😩😂 Olympic weightlifting is a lot and you’re definitely impressive! Benching is not that bad tho but i see completely where you’re coming from. I enjoyed typing this comment too! I definitely enjoyed this episode! The guys are at all this professional entertainers which i love. Thank you! Love you guys!❤️
