I'm not sure where I watched this, but at some event, when the host gave them an ice cream (I think it's ice cream or just some drinks) for each one of them, then they humbly asked for another 2 ice creams for their managers... And the host told them that those was the first time any guests ever asked another add just for their managers... That's our Ladies there...

It doesn't look like a company. Their treatment is similar to a family. This explains how they overcame so many difficulties together.

DCC a small company but with pretty healthy work environment, probably this is why Gahyeon choose HFE/ DCC although she actually passed the audition for both SM & YGE...she also want to debut quickly...
