Aunt Karen, you are amazing and my inspiration!!!

This is a great talk, both inspirational and entertaining. Every teacher, would-be teacher, or person who has ever been taught should hear Tilstra's stories about Mrs. Roster, her 4th grade teacher. A creative and practical example of using "Yes, and" to improve your relationships and personal effectiveness. Practical, not preachy. I just loved it.

Good work Cousin! I try to "yes and" my kids as often as I can......although I had never thought of it as clearly as you have presented it here.
