Seems to have coincided with him writing his sportinglife column a couple of years ago. Used to back his but have pretty much stopped now as the ones he calls out never win it seems, at least when I back them anyway.

stables go out of form,its the nature of the game and at times there is no explaination.some folk on this dont seem to understand the game that well
