It would be useful if it was clearly shown which footage was shot within the last twelve months and which was archive. LLanrwst has suffered from flooding for centuries and flooding only normally affects certain areas situated on the Conwy flood plain and which are normally subject to annual flooding. At Llanrwst the valley is quite wide and only in exceptional weather does the flooding exceed normal flooding levels as to do so requires hugely increased rainfall on uplands which are already waterlogged. The flooding two years ago did not come from the Conwy but from a stream feeding it which had become blocked near the Post Office. Hopefully this matter has been sorted and the people living in the Station Road area are now safe and have nothing to fear. Perhaps you could state a date when that area has previously been flooded (Perhaps within the last couple of centuries). Problems in river valleys often occur because people build without respect for the river and then complain when flooded. It was good to see the picture of Ty Hwnt at the end. An example of a building which has been flooded regularly for hundreds of years and whose successive owners have coped by moving things to the upper floors in winter. I noticed that the number of people interviewed was small and hardly reflected any fears most people in Llanrwest may or more likely may not have.
