Ask for what you need, ask for strength and patience in difficult moments, ask for wisdom when you are at a loss, and ask for forgiveness when you are aware of sins. Also there are prayers that you can say to Him, Lord what do you want to say to me, I am listening. And just be quiet, don't ask anything. Just in silence. And if you have not yet been baptized, that is certainly the first thing you should ask now, that He would make it possible for you to be baptized. Otherwise, you may always pray to Jesus right now until you're baptized.
