These three performers know their audience, and give them what they want. Kudos to all three for their sense of humour, and willingness to play the goat :)
Seeing the crowd cheers for Davie after playing Hallelujah makes me so emotional, especially after seeing him live in Rio 2017. He deserves the applause so much.
This collaboration and concept for a live show is so incredible. A HUGE part of both TwoSetViolin and Davie504 being so successful amongst countless creators and musicians is the way that their hilarious and (despite sarcasm) genuine personalities and comedy are supported by truly virtuoso levels of talent and skill. It's amazing to see and so glad that we can be witnesses to it!
@@joshualifire470 They're not the best of the best in the world, but they're still high-level players. The added comedy would fall completely flat if they were mediocre musicians. It works because they have some serious skills to back it up.
I would tear up at that legitt 🥹 but i like that he played Hallelujah because I remember in one of his videos, he talked about how years ago, during one of the first times he played on a big stage, he played Hallelujah and was kind of disappointed at himself because he could think of many ways he could have played the better and this concert was when he redeemed himself from that past regret and reaffirmed his growth as a musician and an introvert. 🤍 so i love the significance of this for him
They made the arransement and the story soo well. They also having a good recording video and with only subtitle its already feel different and not like a real live concert but more like a movie. I wonder how long it take their time for the preparation only?
Actually very short. TSV had a big recorded/streamed classical concert last November, then the holidays. They had 6-7 weeks to arrange, write, rehearse everything. TSV lived in Singapore, but Davie was able to get there only 2 weeks before the concert.

Oh my goodness it's actually available here on RU-vid! We can watch the full post live concert after all! Thank you so much!!! We've really been looking forward to watching the final.
This is far longer AND more entertaining than I expected from some guys who play in their bedrooms for webcams. I'm curious who masterminded this whole spectacle. Well done to all imvolved
Judging by your comment, I'm assuming that you're not familiar with TwoSet Violin. Brett and Eddy are experienced classical musicians who played in professional orchestras and have been crafting and performing their own live shows for almost 8 years now. They're currently in the middle of their second world tour. Davie has less experience on stage, but he's also a seasoned musician. No offense, but picturing RU-vidrs as "people in their bedrooms in front of their webcams" is terribly outdated. It may have been the case 15 years ago, but today they have recording studios, professional cameras and lightning, they sell merch and work with production and artistic teams. Maybe that's because I've been following TwoSet for a long time so I'm used to their work, but I personally was not surprised by the high quality of this concert. I'm happy that you enjoyed the show, though, and I hope it helped you see the musicians who make videos on RU-vid under another light. 😉

“Music is a means capable of expressing dark dramatism and pure rapture, suffering and ecstasy, fiery and cold fury, melancholy and wild merriment - and the subtlest nuances and interplay of these feelings which words are powerless to express and which are unattainable in painting and sculpture.” - Dmitri Shostakovich.
So cool! I'm only 12 minutes into it and as a Brahms fan and band member, I'm delighted hearing Brahms' Hungarian Dance covered by a band and Brett. Can't wait to watch the rest.

This concert is so epic and so special , even in this comedic battle of instruments, we get to see how each instrument is special and important for their own qualities.... truly wonderful
I just wanted to say that this was the most spectacular music I think I've ever heard in my life, you gentlemen blew my mind! I've only just been watching Davies channel I did not realize that he was at this level of skill, I'm so glad I found this video. Thank you for posting it.
"Watch before it gets deleted" so glad it wasn't.. Davie absolutely killled it in the show, he's a brilliant bassplayer and regardless of being scripted, a brilliant comedian (somehow i can't get the idea out of my head that he came up with the title of this video :D ). and seriously... "What's your favorite key? -- "Anything but a minor"?? This joke deserves alot more credit than it got!! i nearly wet myself. honestly i ended up here by mistake, and ended up sitting through the whole video, absolutely brilliant. Really wish i could afford learning violin, seeying this on stage banter makes me want to tag along aswell :D
Thank you for this comment, while half listening, I missed the 'anything but' portion of the answer! While I liked the performance, given the young trend of the audience, and not being a prude myself, the sexual jokes seemed numerous, and I do feel a little bad with how uncomfortable looking the 'audience volunteer' was! But without the 'anything but' I'd say 'woah, that's messed up!'
Singapore is TSV's base. Their concerts there were always sold out in minutes. For Davie fans to flight there, stay there (it is a VERY expensive place) might have been too expensive.
I thougt this WAS taken down. I started but never finished. So glad i found it!!!! Honestly im having a rough time. My DAW stopped working properly, been trying to get it working all weekend with no luck. Been real upset for days. This popped up out of nowhere, and really cheered me up. Thanks for this. And big thanks to 2set and Davie504
As a pianist, i feel like pianists are the most powerful instrument players due to the fact that pianos can literally play both the bass and melody, and even the sound quality is good😂😅
Thank you SOOO much for uploading it 🥹 I remember I almost bought the online ticket but I knew I was going to be unable to watch it at that time 😭 I feel complete now that I've watch it! Hahaha it was so so so amazing ❤
Violin - chan who has been hostage for 4 years now (and also reduced to atoms according to "nobody")...........The poor luthier who has spent countless amount of hours building it and seeing it ...
Absolutely LOVED this!!! I'm a big fan of both artists, and I also happen to play violin and viola, so I really know what TwoSet is talking about when they talk and play violin. The viola jokes in my experience aren't founded, but they are funny.
