Hello Mad Mcgyver :-D Most work time took welding those exhaust tubes... The most difficult on the crank was calculations, geometry, balance, stress calculations. And find somebody who is willing to assemble it (using press) and aling everything...

I hope it will soon make it into one of the Jay Leno videos. This ingenious design and build deserves to be recognised and to be seen by everyone. Congratulations, it looks fantastic! The Jawa is a beautiful bike on itself that hasn't changed with the added extra. And the fact that it even runs with 10 cylinders and can carry both the engine and your weight at the same time is just mind blowing!
Honestly I think you made one of the best ul airoplain engines ever also its designed whit the two 5 cylindrical selfvalkabced concept. Even your bike also is fun this engine is as made for aeronautical purposes.
As in a radial engine the crankcase volume doesn't change during a crankshaft revolution, the five Roots blowers primarily serve to initiate the two stroke cycle. Only Marek Foltis will know if they supercharge also.
Love the bike few questions 1. The top exhausts , I feel like I would hit my leg off then a lot are they as close to your legs as they look or is there alot of space ? 2. How economical is it I mean it looks like it would drink petrol , 3. It looks amazingly crafted how long did it take to go from an idea to this !!! Again well done !
Exhausts headers are designed to be as close to the frame and engine as possible, so if the header is somewhere close to the leg, its always below some other "colder" part. So, fortunately, no exhaust burns on trousers. :-D Yes it drinks petrol like crazy it is because the engine is most of the time running on merely closed throttle thanks to its overkilled power. and when a load is low, a blower is demanding a lot of "waste" power to pump through the closed carb. It took me 3500 workhours in 2,5 years....
Parada, nechysta se jeste treba ctyrvalec jawa 700? :D 4 valce vedle sebe by vypadaly drsne. Libi se mi smysl pro detail a ten vzhled zadni casti jako ze 30. let.. Jak je reseno zapalovani, muj pincek mel s tim furt problemy. Vlastne se vsim, v 15 clovek dostal do ruky jen veterany.
