KAYATIBU é um grupo musical de jovens indígenas do povo Huni Kuin, da região do Acre, Amazônia, Brasil. Seu trabalho ancora um centro de pesquisa cultural no município de Jordão, onde estudam e ensinam sua própria tradição de arte, espiritualidade e medicina aos jovens, a fim de apoiar a preservação cultural entre os jovens que chegam à cidade de Jordão. A música de KAYATIBU é baseada nas antigas tradições da cultura Huni Kuin, somadas a influências mais recentes, adquiridas através do contato com outros povos, criando um amálgama sonoro de grande potência e energia. Munidos de guitarras e vozes, eles produzem música medicinal com sabor de rock da Floresta Amazônica.

KAYATIBU are a musical group of young indigenous people from the Huni Kuin people, from the Acre region, Amazon, Brazil. There work anchors a cultural research center in the municipality of Jordão, where they study and teach their own tradition of art, spirituality and medicine to the young people in order to support cultural preservation among young people who arrive in the city of Jordão. KAYATIBU's music is based on the ancient traditions of Huni Kuin culture, added to more recent influences, acquired through contact with other peoples, creating a sound amalgam of great power and energy. Armed with their guitars and voices, they produce medicine music with a rock flavor from the Amazon rainforest.
