they are ,,temptation" personified. this m/v reminds me of *_blue hour_* but it has a much darker undertone. i love how empty the chorus is, cause it just feels like you're captured, unable to escape, being sucked into the sugary, guilty pleasure.

i love it. i love how the song is so frenzied and intense, as though to replicate that “sugar rush high” in the listener/viewer. and also how its fantastical, but also still kind of haunted? even the phrase “what are you doing to me” could be interpreted either as a flirty line or a horrified demand depending on the context

This is going to get me disliked so hard, so let me preface it by saying this is a super personal opinion, but...honestly, there's a specific move in this choreography that makes me viscerally uncomfortable, so no matter how much I enjoy the song--and I do--I don't think I'm going to be able to watch any of the live performances. It's not dethroning my previous favorites, honestly, but it's a _great_ song. I hope it's going to get them a lot of success. It's catchy; it's dancey; it deserves so much club play and radio play. The MV is gorgeous, too. Just trippy enough for the weird "this ain't right" vibes but still very much _a_ vibe. And gorgeous, of course.
