*2016 NORA CUP Web Video Of The Year Filmed in Los Angeles, Barcelona, Albuquerque, and Berlin. Track: The Witch - "Black Tears" from the album Lazy Bones Video: Tony Ennis FIENDBMX.COM
Pretty much all of this part is absolutely insane, but that fastplant 180 nosebonk down the drop at 4:18 really did it for me. That trick encapsulates what I like so much about Ty's riding style. He generally avoids gimmicky and unnecessary jumping tricks (read: barspins, tailwhips, no handers, crankflips, etc.) and instead progresses fundamental tricks in substantial and meaningful ways. While most others are adding a crankflip or bar, Ty is moving on to another level.
Crank flips? I thought crank flips were outlawed by the BMX federation over a decade ago, as they're not difficult enough to be considered a trick.... that fucking half cab at the end tho...
This deserves NORA Cup Web Video Part of the Year. 100%, all day. DVD, web, fucking laserdisk, regardless of format this is easily one of the best video parts of the year.
Ty Morrow should get craziest video of the year award for all of this. Nothing can top off this and if you've been watching Ty since the Fiend crew video, you can tell Ty put himself to the test for this video... Good job Ty! You're a bike Wizard!!
man Ty and Garrett are really the bmx dream team, Obviously can't forget about Colin V, fiend will forever be the most progressive group of riders. besides the park peeps like webbie and peraza and obviously Logan Martin
Damm I keep watching this wishing I had a better bike with a free coaster hub being broke sux but I'mma still bmx forever till I upgrade looks like I'll be chillin on my custom fit midsized on gt cassette rims for now man I wish I had a freecoaster
I’ve filmed some big half cabs but that banger was big cause your coming out of fakie blinds and you always want back tire to hit first but when you land flat it’s always a unique feel. Stoked on Planes for filming not the best but it’s going to work
