I am French . I remember years ago try to watch extrem makeover with ty on my phone. Awesome tv show. I remember crying every time after the : move that bus ^^ and ty is a gold heart man.
I know a guy who worked with Ty Pennington years ago and he said that Pennington was not a nice person and the people who worked with him couldn't stand him. Perhaps he was drinking in those days, but many times the onscreen persona is carefully crafted and doesn't match the real person.
Yeah watching a loser screw over poor families is really uplifting. He helped himself, not many others. He's a on camera great guy, off camera low life piece of trash.
Some of the families who got Extreme Makover homes were poor or lower middle class. They got these mansions, and couldn't afford to pay property tax, utilities, insurance, or general house maintenance. They sometimes had to sell their million-dollar mansions for $500,000 less than they were worth, if they could sell at all. Some people filed for bankruptcy. Some got evicted. Ty, his team, the showrunners, and the networks weren't doing that out of the kindness of their hearts. It's not like they didn't know about the extra expenses of living in a mansion. It's more likely that they didn't care.
I miss Ty.. He was the pioneer for establishing all of the current home improvement shows. I loved his show and I was impressed and so amazed by the hard work put forth. Miss you Ty..! 🌞🌴😔 I wish you all of the best; health, happiness and prosperity!!! 😉
Yes maybe Ty did wrong, but let’s be honest if he wasn’t famous then the world wouldn’t know. That’s not justification for his actions but such a shame that he can’t carry on doing what he did x
He pleaded guilty in court at one point for groping a womans breasts in a newly made houses bedroom that he was in, talking with her about if she ever talks about him groping her boobs, he’d put her in the middle of the ocean He said this, on an audio recorder that was just on a table which wasn’t being hidden to secretly record him, it was just one of a few cameras still turned on the set: Can I touch them? The hell you mean no? Im digging up your poor family from the ground, putting a roof over your head to make sure the world will give you another chance to still be able to survive.
Oh my goodness I loved ty pennington and wished he still did extreme makeover home edition he was nothing ,but uplifting people ,funny and compassionate of what he does for the people.
When I heard he got arrested for dui I was shocked 😲 ,but admitted to his mistakes and thank God he didn't kill anybody ,but I hope he makes a comeback for trading spaces and extreme makeover home edition.
I wish that the show had given more support to the families after the house builds, as the sloppy high speed construction made for issues with repairs that the families couldn't afford, not to mention unsustainable property tax bills. Many were forced to sell, some were foreclosed, some went bankrupt.
I watched this show and they did a house near me. Ty only showed up in days he had to film. All his projects were done by others and he claimed the fame.
If you're watching the shows the reruns the bank needs to come forward and pay her old loan off at the old house they tore down it was the lady Spanish lady that had eight children her husband beat her all the time she packed her bags and left and the people that did the electrical work in the house the old house they screwed it up they put holes in it and everything the people that took her money and ran they should trackies people down and put them in jail and neatly so people that's watching as the old one should come forward to get to the bank and get that loan paid off so she don't have to worry about that she's going to have a hard time paying that electric bill with 20-something rooms in the house people needs to donate money for that they got food the mother definitely works so there's other stuff that she needs is what helped the get the electric paid that would help with a open a GoFundMe account that would be great
This is the year of 2023 for the people to come forward the bank to close her mortgage down and pay for it she will not be able to do all this by herself they need help and I could see she's very tries very hard for her family she's not one of them bums that lives off of social security SSI disability food stamps are off the government she's a hardworking lady please reach out to GoFundMe
Thai why don't you get when you're doing this why don't people get their loans paid off for what they have on their house is already that would help the family a lot I'm watching one now that's a rerun this woman's got a children and she was beaten by her husband many years and the house is going to be so big that she's not going to be able to pay the loan off and pay that big light bill that's going to be improved in that house see people don't think about that and I think about things like it how she going to pay her light bill with 20 rooms in her house it going to pay that old mortgage job that they tore her house down it's going to be really hard on her tie is there any way that people can get out there and pay her mortgage is off I don't know why the banks don't do it when they see the people are having a hard time why don't the bank come forward and pay her bank off for her old house that was tore down why
I love extreme makerover home edition but is sad that some fakolies were not able to afford and sustein their homes ty simply mad few bad overkill and that sadne's me i simply dis apointed that many people started hate on the show becose of these fails.
