Today, I’m tying 5 worms for high water situations, the UV Juan, the San Juan Worm, the Squirmy Wormy, the Chamois Worm, and the Pigsticker.
I also want to know, why do some fly fisherman or tyers for that matter look down on worms?

Why do some fly fisherman or tiers for that matter look down on worms? Here is why I think that some fly fisherman and fly tiers have a hard time accepting "worms" as flies. I think that worms have been related to bait fishing for so long that its hard for some to see them as anything else but living powerbait. The fact of the matter is that when fly tying one is trying to mimic what fish eat and in my opinion that includes worms. I fish not only to enjoy being outdoor but to catch fish and if that means fishing worm - then guess what I'm putting at the end of my line. If you enjoyed this demonstration check out a few other worms that are on my worm patterns playlist. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NowGdxIz1oU.html
