I agree! I'm going to be getting more hooks for these as i don't have many. I do enjoy tying speys and dees. Not as much as ASF but I do enjoy them.

I like the small head . It looks more elegant to me , and despite any other mistakes it reflects / suggests economy and efficiency

Love this pattern! Love dee flies in general. Even more I love what you are doing with the channel. More Spey and dee flies!

I'll mix in some more speys and dees here and there but the main focus of the channel is Classic Atlantic and Artistic Salmon flies. I've got quite the fly lineup coming for this year! Speys and dees are definitely part of that line up. 😎🤘
