I would like to make a could of suggestions. The first is not to use any resin on the leg joints. I creates too much bulk. The second suggestion is to dub the thorax area. I will make the fly look more realistic and all the thread wraps will be covered. To apply the dubbing you want to tie in the rear set of legs and then dub the section directly in front. Tie in 2nd set of legs and repeat. All in all its a nice looking patter. As a final suggestion that just came to wind, you could kink the single PT fibers on the end to create the claw section on each leg.
