This fly was created by Robert Borden in the 1960's, specifically for coastal cutthroat in the rivers of central Oregon. Here I'm tying it for use in saltwater, and giving it a try in Hood Canal, WA.

I have watched a couple of your videos so far. I am 1:41 into your HOod CAnal video, and I just noticed your left handed! Lefty's usually notice each other.

Yes, I'm a southpaw & like to have the wind coming over my right shoulder - this definitely plays into my choice of which beach to fish on any given day. Maybe that's why I don't see many other anglers; they're mostly right-handed, and choose to fish those beaches that face the opposite direction!
