If anyone is wondering how to do this, practice hip movement and slightly make you heels kinda go up and down, if you know how to hula it will help, another important thing is that you need low rise baggy pants like her. And lastly, it’s mostly in the hips and the feet so if you need help with that I think there are videos on the internet.
