In South Africa, I'm sure. However, it's not something that will pop off into every song on most people's albums, cuase it starts to all sound the same. We like it here, cause it's "different". It needs to remain sepcial in that way. Ironically, that's the way it got popular, and the way it will stay popular.

But, if you want to talk about the part of her appearance that represents South Africa, it'd make more sense to talk about how she dresses and carries herself, then how her body is built.

@@themadman6667 Those hairstyles are common for coloured people to wear in South Africa so it’s not cultural appropriation. She’s not black and marketing her as a black woman takes opportunities away from actual black women to be noticed for their creativity and talent.

@@TheJakes2009 To Last and the Intro are pure Amapiano. The majority are an infusion of Afrobeat with Pop and R&B and then a logdrum ( but not in a way South Africans use it). She is basically doing Afropop in the grand scheme of things.
