Tyler's done a lot of interviews with a lot of smallish content creators in the last year, and this is by far the best. The questions are outstanding. This young man is going places. If he develops more of a stage precense he's going to be a giant.

Assalomu alaykum Behzod, men har doim Hoshimov Iqtisodiyoti dasturingizni kuzatib boraman. Juda qiziqarli, ishlaringizga omad, charchamang. O'zbekcha subtitrini tezroq qo'ysangiz yaxshi bo'lardi, Otabek Nazirov bilan suhbatingizning subtitri qo'yilmadi hali. Iltimos iloji bo'lsa tezroq qo'ying.

It would be better for next interviews to record the interviewees' speech in better qualities. Coz Tyler Cowen's voice is not so clear as Behzod Hoshimov's. However, the talk was very informative and comprehensive. Thanks.

Love the episodes in English more: they don't get the due credit though. I feel a different aura when there is a conversation with a native speaker or someone who speaks a great English. So, I think I've found one more interesting economics figure to follow the works of. Thank you very much for this wonderful opportunity you've made possible for us to learn about the consequences of coronavirus in terms of economics. Especially, it was great that you asked about what he'd do in a time of pandemic like this as a head of a developing country like Uzbekistan. Very informative as usual. Keep up the good work; you're being of tremendous help to anybody hungry for the knowledge of economics

This was an interesting interview. I liked the questions and Tyler's insightful answers. Regarding the differences in responses to the pandemic between individualist and collectivist societies, I agree with Tyler that there is no simple answer: besides the more individualistic Nordic countries that have so far managed the Covid crisis relatively well, there are more collectivist countries, like Taiwan, South Korea and Japan, that have also fared quite well. I think that it is more a combination of collectivism, democracy, state capacity and public trust in government that has so far determined how well countries manage the pandemic situation.

This was one of the best podcast episodes by Behzod. The conversation went in such a genuine fashion and the guest Dr. Tyler Cowen was extremely eloquent in his response: detailed and yet adequately brief. I especially liked Behzod’s questions on Covid-19 and its potential influence on education and what developing countries can learn from the countries with the advanced economies. The one feature that drags me the most to Behzod’s podcast is his ability to relate some of his questions to Uzbekistani context. Thank you Behzod and your team for your quality work. (Speaking of quality, compared to Behzod’s mike, Dr. Cowen’s voice cracked most of the time - though it was still comprehensible).
