I bought a earbuds I last year. And unfortunately for almost a year trying to reach and talk to a representative on bose website. But there is no option to e-mail them. If you do not live in States, it is impossible to reach them. After you get the product, you are on your own. I had an issue about the eartip size that come in the box. There are 3 sizes in it. 1,2 and 3. As far as i searched i need number 0 however it is not sent in the box. And once i tried to get one for myself i couldnt find a way to get it. As a conclusion for almost morr than a year it is on my table as an accesserios. I hope no one will have the same experience that i had here.😕

I bought mine and everyone I talk with complain about too much noise around. I tried all 3 modes and nothing helps. I bought in US but live in Brazil and cannot go back to US to return it. Otherwise I would!!
