It is sad that he talks about having a Bible buried on his property, but the only place that the Word of God should be hidden is in our hearts. Psalm 119:11 - "Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee".

I wanted to work for him and cut hair on set. God blocked it in the craziest way. He completely deleted my celebrity barber resume, which took me over 2 weeks to complete. & it just vanished off my hard drive even though I saved it on there multiple times. It was just gone. Smh. God meant it when he was protecting me. Glory be to God. I am saved.

I'm a Christian. I am also an Author and I tried contacting Tyler's studio in hopes of getting a movie deal. After hearing this perhaps the Lord was protecting me. This makes so much sense and it is truly an eye opener. I will wait on God for my break through.

Jesus never told us to bury the Bible in the ground. Jesus told us to hide His Word in our hearts. And in faith, speak the Word from our mouth and live His Word in our lives.

The Tyler Perry movie that shook me the most was "For Colored Girls". There is most certainly a demonic , ancient spirit behind & attached to that movie. I watched it once and couldn't finish it because the spirit emanating from it was so dark, depressive, oppressive and heavy. I felt nauseous after watching the small portion that I did see. Especially the scene when the kids are dropped out of the window. But even at the start of the movie, I couldn't shake that eerie feeling. I pleaded the Superior Blood of Jesus Christ in my home after watching that movie & have never watched it again.

I USED TO WORK AT TPS STUDIOS AS A FRONTGATE SECURITY GUARD. THE SECURITY GUARD TEAM HE USED TO HAVE AT HIS FRONTGATE WAS CONSTANTLY PRAYING FOR HIM AND PRAYING OVER THE STUDIO. BUT, I WILL SAY THAT WHEN HE WAS FILMING, THE ATMOSPHERE OVER THE STUDIO CHANGED TO EVIL. THIS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE THAT THIS SHOWED UP ON MY TIMELINE. I JUST HAD TWO DREAMS BACK TO BACK ABOUT TYLER PERRY, YESTERDAY AND THE NIGHT BEFORE.

Lengthy post, but I have to share. I'm 24 years old and up until 3 years ago, I worshipped Tyler Perry. My parents brought home one of his stage plays (either I Can Do Bad or Family Reunion) when I was 4 or 5 years old. When I saw Madea for the first time, I freaked out. I was scared to death of that character. To the point where my parents waited until I went to bed to watch the play. Then, the same thing happened at my auntie's house when my cousins were watching the same play. That was the first time I ever experienced nightmares. I don't know if it was because he was a man in a dress or just that the character looked terrifying to a 5 year old. Maybe that was God trying to show me that something was off. Because I remember being the youngest in my family that HATED whenever they would all want to watch Madea. It's crazy that I'm just now recollecting this lost memory. Then, when I turned 6 years old, my opinion on Tyler Perry and Madea changed. It was when I gained the courage to watch Class Reunion (still my all time favorite stage play of his). That's when I discovered my favorite singer of all time Cheryl Pepsi Riley and Tyler's acting range. From that point on, the demonic seed was planted. I wish I was exaggerating, but I would have my parents rent and buy EVERY stageplay and movie he created or was involved in. I had Tyler Perry weekends where almost every weekend, I would watch his work. If I didn't watch his work at least once a week then my mood would negatively be altered. We would go to Blockbuster almost every Friday as a family and I always got to choose one movie to rent. I would ALWAYS choose a Tyler Perry play or movie. Even if I had already seen it multiple times. It was very rare for me to choose something that he wasn't involved in. Keep in mind, that I'm in elementary school. Whenever my classmates or adults would make fun of his work or call him gay, I would break out into a rage. It takes a lot to make me mad now that God has delivered me from my anger issues. It's crazy because when I would get in a rageful state of mind, my nose would bleed. I threatened teachers who said Tyler Perry was a bad influence on me and the black community. One day an adult who was watching us at the YWCA took my portable dvd player and headphones away, because I was watching his play The Marriage Counselor (we didn't have school that day, that's why I brought in my portable dvd player). I threatened to burn the building down and punch the adult in the face. That's how bad my anger was. My obsession with him grew when my parents started taking me to see his stage plays live. Now I'm in middle school and struggling more than I struggled in elementary school. On top of all the crap I was going through at home and school, now I'm struggling with my sexuality. So, instead of reading The Bible and going to church with my parents, I turned to Tyler Perry. I watched all of his interviews, researched him, had so many photos of him as my screensaver, and made my passwords either his name or birthday (I need to change those now). I would watch his work and let Madea teach me about God and The Bible. At this point, I'm 11 years old and my dad is starting to become concerned. My dad took away every movie and play I had because I wasn't 13 years old. That's when all hell broke loose in our household. I didn't speak to my dad and would sneak into the living room and watch Tyler Perry when my parents weren't home. Now, I'm in high school and I'm still not doing well. The only difference is I had started making friends. Whenever my friends would come over, I forced them to watch Tyler Perry's work. If my friends didn't like it then I would become mad or ignore them for a while until they apologized. Around this time his first show on OWN, The Have and Have Nots premiered. That's when I started noticing the adult content he was gradually including (sex, lgbtq, drug use, and violence). I continued to support all his work, but I was starting to feel something was a little off. When that show came out it made me feel like Tyler was saying it was okay for me to be attracted to females because of the character Geoffrey on the show. That's when I started disliking my parents because I felt that they were like the Veronica character who reacted VERY poorly to Geoffrey coming out as gay. Now I'm a sophomore in college and I start distancing myself from some of his work. Not because of the demonic agenda, but because his writing SUCKED. His show If Loving You Is Wrong drove me crazy because of how slow the pacing was. Also, how mediocre the acting was. Sidenote: I'm an actress now because if him. My major is a BFA in musical theatre. So, I know what good acting and writing looks like and homeboy's work started going down the drain when he went to Oprah's network. At this point, I stopped watching his new stuff and would just watch old movies and stage plays. I would tell people to just watch his old work and nothing past Madea's Big Happy Family the movie. During my sophomore year of college, things turn for the worse. My first relationship ever (with a woman) goes up in flames and I leave college loosing all the friends I had made. More traumatic things occur and then I return home. My parents are divorced at this point so I'm living with my mom. God has me in the wilderness and I submit to Him for the first time in my life. I grew up in a Christian household but not a household that had a relationship with Christ. God starts showing me left and right all of the music, tv shows and videos games I need to let go of. God mentions Tyler Perry but I don't want to hear it. I'm listening to everything else He's telling me except the stuff about Tyler Perry. Mind you, I have loved Tyler Perry since I was a child. He's a big part of why I'm in the fine arts industry. So, to let go of him is like a piece of me is dying. I tell God that's one thing I can't do. I'll let go of recreational drugs, same sex attraction, premarital sex, alcohol, certain music/tv shows/ video games, and friends but I won't let go of Tyler Perry. One of my dreams was to be discovered by him and go on a tour with him as Madea with Cheryl Pepsi Riley, Tamela Mann and David Mann. At this time, The Oval and Ruthless have premiered and to say I was disturbed by these two show is putting it lightly. Then All The Queen's Men comes out and I can't deny that Tyler is not the same man that I grew up idolizing. I wanted to blame it all on him being good friends with Oprah but deep down I knew that he made his choice on his own. No one was pressuring him. Now (current day), whenever I see my mom watching Sistas or The Oval I have to leave the room, because I feel physically sick. We both just watched your video Lala and she's going to stop watching his stuff now. Your video was confirmation because three days ago, I was wondering if I should throw out all of his dvds that I collected over the years. I was trying to justify keeping them because 1. They are in storage somewhere so I can't easily find them and 2. His old work wasn't bad. But, now I have to come to the realization that even if he started out with good intentions, NONE of his work is good fruit. I'm going to have to grieve the little girl in me that saw him as my super hero who would save me from me. It hurts my heart that he has rejected Jesus. This just goes to show that God is exposing all of this evil now because Jesus is coming back sooner than we think. I believe that my rage and same sex attraction were spirits that I may have gotten from him. I know someone of the spirits are generational but the two definitely had to come from me worshipping him. It's hard to admit that I once worshipped a human being and I'm going to have to ask God to forgive me for 20 plus years of idolatry, but I want God to say to me "Well don thy good and faithful servant", so goodbye Tyler Perry. I didn't want to share this because I felt ashamed, but The Holy Spirit told me to and maybe my testimony will help others. P.S. Lala my mom met you last year at I think it was a conference you put on and she said that you were so kind and sweet. You're definitely the real deal and her and live in the DFW area so I hope that God allows me to meet you one day. A buried Bible is giving witchcraft to me. My concern for Tyler Perry is why does he seem to hate happy marriages? All his movies are about broken marriages. It’s like he gets joy writing about scandals and bad relationships. I’m in a happy marriage which is why I refuse to watch his stuff…I can’t relate! 😅

I came to you tube to find something inspirational to watch later that morning, and this video popped out at me! This is confirmation! To God be the glory!

I watched 1/2 an episode of All the Queens Men and there was an awful scene of a pastor being SA’d… I turned it off and never watched it again. Tyler’s stuff out of control… there is a spirit of perversion around his body of work.

Prayers, please, for all of us. To know God's truth. If he is truly lost, it is our job to pray for him as we all need that prayer. For clarity, for deliverance, for our walk. The devil is so busy, but let's not forget that so is our God. Whatever weapons may be against us will NOT prosper. No one is too far gone for God's reach. Only God knows what's going on behind the scenes. Be watchful, I definitely agree and stay prayed up.

I stopped watching Tyler Perry a long time ago. My pastor introduced our congregation to his plays in 2001-2002. I liked them and his earlier movies, however as God matured me overtime. His content became concerning and there was a shift. His movies are the same story w/ black stereotypical narratives. He starred in a Gone Girl, a provocative movie that one awards from Hollywood. When TP laid hands on TD Jake’s for prayer and vice versa, it was clear a kundalini spirit was present. As far as Lakewood church is concerned , calling Joel Olsteen a pastor is generous. He is a motivational speaker. He doesn’t preach about sin. Doesn’t talk about hell. It’s a message for those who have itching ears. It’s a feel good Message and no conviction for those to turn to God to grow and mature in their walk with Christ

I was looking at a movie the other day, "Mea Culpa" and I was highly disturbed about the movie because of all of the sexual content plus when I saw that Mr. Perry had produced it I was even more disturbed!! I have said to myself over these years that I would no longer watch his movies, especially the ones after the " Why did I get married series", because they were all too sexual, which I don't believe a Christian person should be promoting. His work is trash… save but a few of his works, most of it is written badly and I have no idea WHY people are so enthralled in his stories. Most of them lack character development, and as u stated, promote sexual immorality, divorce, dysfunction, depression, poverty and in most of his shows he emasculates the black man and disrespects the black woman. It is awful. I used to be if it is a black creator, I’m supporting them. Uhmm no, we should support folk who support Christ. It is sad to hear this saga about our brother, Tyler Perry. But, there is truly nothing good that can come from it staying in the dark; neither can it be ignored. That type of demonic behavior and blatant double life in misleading his fellowmen, God's children, must be exposed and denounced, in the mighty name of Jesus, The Christ. We all have to give account to God Almighty for our life on this kingdom...Earth. "Ye who have ears to hear, let him hear." Mark 4:9. I never watched nor listened to much of Mr. Perry's work. But I watched and was impressed with his interview with Pastor Joel Olsten. But it never crossed my mind to follow up to see the path along which his "bright light" could be leading his audience. This is truly an eye-opening report for me, Ms. Jenkins. May God help us all who have been holding Mr. Perry and other such individuals in high esteem without any clue about their double and ugly lifestyles. About a year ago, I kept hearing in my spirit “Tyler Perry, Trojan Horse”. I felt so convicted. I most definitely had to ask for forgiveness and repent.

EVEN THOUGH I WORKED AT TPS STUDIOS, I STOPPED WATCHING TYLER PERRY'S SHOWS AFTER TEMPTATIONS CAME OUT. THAT DID IT FOR ME. BUT GOD SENT ME TO TYLER PERRY STUDIOS TO WORK THERE TO PRAY.

Years ago the Lord showed me in a dream a door opening to minister and warn Tyler. In 3 days I got his private email. This was many years ago. I obeyed God and shared many words of warning privately. I stopped watching everything of his, only watching reruns of House of Payne occasionally. A couple of years ago, I sent a word of warning to him about Ruthless. Last year, I had a dream of great hope for him. God is not through with Tyler, but he will go through a Damascus road experience. God is about to gut him. Just keep praying for him.

I used to want to be a writer for him. I wanted to be a part of the behind the scenes and learn from him. But Tyler started rubbing my spirit weird. I stopped that dream. I had the same check in my spirit when I tried to be a part of this Nickelodeon writing program. So I stopped trying to pursue that path. What people who are against your videos may not realize is a lot of us already had these “something is off with this/that person” checks in our spirit, but you confirm it and why we felt that.
