I think it could be Robin because he knew the FBI was investigating Gary.. Also, he is supposed to be coming back.

It's Jasmin or Penelope. Although Jasmin was in jail they still can get her to help them take Gary down. Penelope doesn't know that much about Gary like Andi and Jasmin.

What if it's Hudson the guy that's working with him. That would be a major plot twist. He could flip on Gary for immunity.

I hope Penelope’s alive but the way things played out it’s really hard to keep that hope alive because with all the blood she was losing it would be hard for her to be alive from a medical standpoint. Hemorrhaging is one of the causes for loss of life during and after childbirth and even though she wasn’t delivering something had to have ruptured in order to produce that much blood that we saw come from Penelope. Plus from what we saw she did not receive immediate medical attention or treatment but she was carried out by the clean up men so my guess is despite my hope, Penelope is not alive. Although Tyler Perry’s writing never makes good sense so who really knows. My thinking is it’s probably the anticipated return of Robin to the show and he makes more since he was supposedly looking into details on Hayden and Gary because of their dumber(Gary) and dumbest (Hayden) plot to replace Robin. It would make sense that Robin uncovered some dirt on Gary that would be incriminating to Gary.

Where is Penelope as usual Tyler is dragging it like how he is dragging Karens pregnancy..she is 36 months pregnant and the babies wont be borned until April of 2025😅

I believe it’s jasmine or someone else Penelope was clueless about a lot of things Gary did or was doing she didn’t have a clue as to what type of man he was until andi started telling her stuff. As to where jasmine has had a front row seat to a lot of his bs for a lot longer

Jasmin already had her shot at Gary when she tried to set him up. She used the things she knew about him and made stuff up to frame him and it failed. Some of the things that he is doing now she is not aware of because she has been divorced from him and has no knowledge of his present activities. It could be Penelope because she would know more that we think, but she was so naïve about Gary's relationship with Andi, and the information that she face Gary with came from Andi, and not from her own personal knowledge. I thought about Leslie, the PI that tried to give Andi more detailed information about Gary, and Andi refused to listen, and I don't understand why she would need protection, then I thought about the missing girl. They showed us a photo so that we would know her when we saw her and Andi was the one who dug her up from the past, which would explain the look on her face when she saw the person in the hotel room. That look would only happen if it was Penelope or the missing Girl who dated Gary.

My options in no particular order are: 1. Andi because she was with Gary during his first fed investigation & has gotten recent information on him that could help the current case. 2. Jasmine because she was legally married to Gary & had children by him & could possibly get time off her jail sentence if she testified against him. 3. Robin because he came on the scene letting Andi know that he knew all about Gary & mentioned that he worked with the CIA. With Gary having a passport under a different name they probably got him in London scamming folks over there. 4. Penelope we don’t know for sure that she’s dead. For all we know that cleaning crew could be working with the FBI against Gary. That blood spot on the wall was too strategic for it to have been an accident.
