Eye now am thoroughly convinced that Tyler Perry is a true genius. He touches many areas of sensitivity in this movie: adultery age gap disparities betrayal compromised friendships conceit deceit dishonesty disloyalty larceny false romance firing practices identify theft job security murder usery ...And the cliff hanger ending was superb!

This movie was exceptionally good. I didn't know what to expect given the writing backlash, but every performance was spot on. Congrats Tyler, Phylicia, Cicely, Crystal, Bresha, Mechad, and the rest of the cast and crew. I was entertained and informed.

The response to one of Tamron's questions is not shown in this video; but her "checked" response is. I watched the show & her comment about "being checked" is true. She was clearly checked. Tamron's question was valid & as it was being answered, my thought was Oh, My! this could have been answered with a better response, tone & facial expression ..... When we aren't accustomed to seeing a person who generally plays nice characters, suddenly play a "not so nice" character, fans want to know about their thoughts, feelings & preparations when taking on such a character; so different from their past work. The question was a good one; the response; harsh, cold, abrupt! ... We love you Tamron! Great show! ❤ ♥ ❤

Absolutely the best Tyler Perry movie to me, I wanted to see it after I saw the preview, my husband & I watched it 2gether last Saturday nite, I am a movie buff and I love an excellent storyline & I love suspense, the end of this film blew me away! I thought it was going to be another “Woman scorned” story!

Tyler Perry keeps using the same actresses over and over again. I don’t agree with that... but I understand and respect why he does it now that I’ve seen this interview. Oh and Tyler Perry should start living his truth... there, I said it!

I read a lot of negative reviews on the movie before I saw it for myself. I gave in and watched it and I have to confess that the movie was good not great but it kept your attention and moved your spirit more often than not. It was certainly a friendly reminder to vulnerable women out there to be careful with your heart there are vultures waiting to destroy you from the inside out! It also had a motivational statement...if you are passionate about something go for it and never give up! There is a light at the end of the tunnel! For a five day made movie Tyler did good. But next time he needs to give it more time and allow his movies to breathe. And for God sakes hire professional people to dress his actors!

When God gives you a gift as well as a platform, you should use it wisely. Enough “adoration”. Tyler needs to step it up. The production was HORRID! Eating air, visible boom mikes, rachet wigs, moves that don’t make any sense, (yeah hit me upside the head with a baseball bat 10x and throw me down some stairs and I’m still ALIVE?). His movies, for the most part, portray Black women in the most horrible light. It’s time to call a thing a thing. He needs reputable writers and he needs to stop producing movies in “3-5 business days”. I understand and respect the struggle, however, it’s time to sprout and GROW! Unless we, the consumers of said product tell the TRUTH, vs bowing down to what truly does not serve us well, he will keep believing what he is putting out is prime. Tyler, while I applaud all of your success, please find REAL AND PROFESSIONAL WRITERS to bring your vision to life! Heck, just look at Diary of a Mad Black Woman- the production in THAT FILM was wayyyyyyyyy more stellar than this mess around almost 10-15 yrs ago, minus Shemar’s ridiculous cornrow wig. Lol! Said in love, but also in respect to our Black sister’s, and the general public, who want and DESERVE BETTER! Excellent movie! Tyler is amazing. Similar situation happened to me after a 14 year marriage and divorce. I met a woman beating scam artist who took me for 14,000.00+ and nearly killed me one night. All this after a 20 year career in Government. I felt so stupid. I’ve been single for 10 years and will never get into a relationship again.

Tyler, please see a therapist to get over the physical, mental, and spiritual abuse you and your mother experience. Get over your anger towards her for staying with someone abused you. This happens to my Cousin in my family 15 years ago, but a little different. She work in a bank and had her home pay off met this dude got married and he made them move to a upper class neighborhood and got a bigger home with mortgage, Mercedes and was living the lifestyle. Just to come home and find him with a White Woman took all the money out and left her broke with bills she couldn’t pay and flew to Africa to live his life. Everything got repo and she had to move into her mom basement for 3 years building her credits, reputations, and life back. The only blessing she still has her executive job at the bank and family was there for her. Watching the movie the other day had me thinking about my cousin and reminiscing back into 2005
