Graduated with the guy. He is anything but spoiled. He came from a high school team where you have 100% the whole game. Even if you were losing. He is a winner. Winners don't just quit. His team quit on him. One quality of a great leader is saying what needs to be said and doing what needs to be done. The team needed to hear this. He could have done it privately with the team but it was more impacting this way. He is not happy with the fact e couldn't do anything about it. Had he been on the field, he would have said something to the guys when they started quitting.
