Suddenly i hear "GEKOU" and this huge kid just kicks me through the window. Next thing i know im waking up hospitalized and paralyzed from the neck down. Not to mention the rest of the teams CC. I also didn't have a Soraka to mitigate. Doesn't matter, his W will come back up and I am sent to space.
In our country, the philippines. Most of us don't have the resources and wealth to own a pc, thats why we rely on internet cafes to enjoy our hobbies, make documents, do our schoolworks and so on. On some occassions, some pcs may be ip banned which could result in permanent suspensions of account. Now, this wouldn't be fair for casual players who spend both time and money to enjoy their game.
