WHen i played illaoi people would move around just to dodge the e. Then i simply leave them to low hp then cast e after they stoped dodging and started running in a line. It was fun.
@@aleksandaraleksandrov7111 You know functionally Illaoi's E is a huge chunk of %current HP, so if you're saving it till after they've lost a lot of health you're doing way less damage with it than it usually does. If her E is scaled to do 65% damage transfer and the enemy only has 100 health left it's only going to do 65 damage when you kill it, but if you hit it when they're 3k HP and you fully kill it it will transfer 1950 damage without even touching the enemy.

I'm the Viktor from the Illaoi vs Irelia game im hitting him with 3-6 spell rotations with a full R over the span of 20-30sec. I do think Viktor is pretty good, but I'm not dealing that much damage if you think about it.

Riot cares more about making the game accessible to cheap players or low skill player so instead of keeping the game consistent they break it so everyone learn whats broken at the same time XD
took one look at riot august's content and could instantly tell why league is fked they are more worried about looks than gameplay posting nonsense about figurines and click baiting children with sexually explicit content based around league characters
"I don't give a fuck what your numbers are saying, play the game" is something these "AAA" devs really really need to hear loud and clear. Metrics charts and graphs have been the detriment of a few games like League and WoW. WoW is pulling back out of it a bit but those fun engagement metrics that are incredibly misleading is what brought us fucking BFA so that should be all you need to know.
The mod are selling us T1 as a good player (who can't land 10% of skillshots from range). Losers of mods, only posting his wins (aka games in which he gets carried)
