@@xtonchii a lot of things. I go over it in some of my posts on my instagram (same as my YT name) , on the transformation pics. But to be very, very brief, you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose fat. I first started drinking only water and walking more. Then went to the gym but didnt know wtf i was doing. Slowly kept losing weight by walking, cycling and eating less. Then figured out how to actually put muscle on and slowly started to gain muscle and continue to lose fat. Intermittent fasting helped a lot too. Thats a very very simple rundown.

lmfao my family has been using the same decorations for a decade now. Sometimes we buy a few new things, like the lights cus they break like every 3 years.
While I recognize that decorations are a waste of money and a marketing scheme, I still fucking love my christmas decorations. Other holidays I don't care but chrismas decorations i adore.
