No sry, I dont believe in this non profit story, who ever started it, its foolishness. Beat is product like everything else in the world. Me as a producer in my beginnings had to invest a lot of money in my edjucation, equipment everything and who promised me that I will earn money from beats? Noone. I simply belived in myself. I couldnt said to owner of a store selling audio equipment "Yo can I get this audio card free, I dont earn money from my beats." You think he would care? I had to buy it. Same for you, artists. Your only investment is beat. You dont have to buy big licenses, simple basic or premium license just to get you started is more than enought. Practice on the beat until you know, you have a great song and then buy license. Artists nowdays have money for everything, except for foundation of their song. Dont waste money on going out, buying cigarettes, alchol, new nikes, new phone, clothes and so on. Its disrespectful towards producer.
