Probably because their music is pretty subpar. Even for the genre. Obviously, that is just my opinion, but they've been around for a while, and I've literally never met a single person who knows who they are. So it's a pretty popular opinion. I've always assumed their fan base is aging goth fathers.

@@BurnTheNuance, what genre do you refer to? Sub par to whom? TON was never about virtuoso playing but atmosphere. Their style is easily recognizable and Pete’s vocals are pretty unique.

I know underrated is the most cherished word on youtube lol. That being said, looking at the big picture, Type O Negative was always a big band, looking at sales, concerts, tv and magazine appearances, etc. There are literally hundreds of great bands who never leave the underground.

Watching this is like listening to this song again... I might be late in Discovering Type O Negative, but better late than never... I always loved Kennys voice! Although his and Peters were so different from eachother. It worked so well together! Ive seen some posts of people thinking that this is a new song. It is not. I saw them 4 times and went backstage but was sooooooo intimidated by Peter Steele all I could do was squeak out a hi. He was so graceful and polite to this young fan at the time (1996 and on) lol 😂❤😢

I have to admit, despite being a fan of Type⊝ for 30 years, it took a while for Dead Again to grow on me. I didn't "dislike" it when it came out, it's just that those first few times, nothing stood out and grabbed me.
