testing the VG6 gamma 300 brake on the chinese type81. sigmaco barrel sleeve installed and the brake had to be drilled to .3750 to compensate for the off centered barrel. Overall lighter barrel, and less recoil. I never noticed muzzle flashes until the brake was installed though.

Has the brake helped at all? Going to add one to mine and I want to have realistic expectations

Yea it makes a noticeable difference. It feels more like a 5.56 rifle now. Definitely some muzzle flattening too with this brake/comp

@@papermind4010 the thread sticks out as much as the grenade launcher mount did but the brake sticks out about 1.5 inches. I didnt really notice it, i noticed it being less front heavy though
