Amazing..ye jo 2% wala, mere sath bhi hua tha..fir mene HR ko jo sunaya hai..mene bol diya tha ye ku de ri ho.. aapka ho appraisal hoga usme ye 2% me apko deta hu😆. And the i used brahmastra.. resign..😆 fir unhone khud roka hai and tb khi 10% diya vo bhi ro ro kr..

Appraisal never happens like this. No Hr or employer calls anyone for review. They always send a feedback form and want their employees to fill that form and want to know about their achievements.

I am sorry to spoil your fun, but I do not see anything funny about it. If anything, it draws attention to a disturbing revelation. That only boot lickers are the ones who get ahead regardless of how less work they put in. The only redeeming part of the situation shown here (which is quite realistic, mind you), is that the hard worker at least got an 8% increment. In real life, the hard-worker doesn’t even get that.
