Sir, if he medically unfit due to eye sight.can he get another chance I mean second medical check up in all psu? If he got the second chance means.will they consider the previous gate exam and interview he got cleared and selected into company if cleared second medical test. FLO use karte hai otherwise jab line cool hogi to port congeal ho jaayenge....both LP and HP side flow same rakhne se pressure difference same hi rahega...hence flow same rahega...

Dear as aph is also a part of internal system of furnace there is also a chance of soot deposition outside the coils/tubes of aph so cleaning is mandatory in aph also for smooth operations

They are just restriction orifice....used to control flow. They are not flowmeter
