I can relate to every SINGLE one of these. Especially the one that is ill and emotional 😭 I'm always ill and some times I can't even walk it hurts so much. Me and my headteacher have never spent so much time together but she takes really good care of me. I love her
On my first ever period my grandma fed my a whole bunch of weird shit that tasted like herbs and said I won't get cramps and bless her she was right, I have never had one

I get really angry and sad a few days before my period but when it comes I'm fine. I'm lucky not to get bloating, headaches or cramps... just a lotta blood.
That is so sweet of all of you to apologize and feel bad about your friends dealing with you when you have the time of the month as long they don’t take it personally that what matters and it’s ok to feel Moody when your having the time of the month those cramps can really hurt badly. Communicating to your friends about what you need is important being love being accepted and being heard is also important they can help you if you need it and give you space if needed.
Thats not as bad as mine once i was sat crying on the floor in the kitchen and my mum comes in and says whats wrong i go i cant reach the biscuits why have u put them up there do u not want me to eat them she goes i can get u them i daid no i dont want them noshe goes why r u crying so i shouted i dont know stop asking me complicated questions afterwards i was like wth that isnt like me 😂
I don't really get headaches I just have a bunch of cramps, but you should probably lie down comfortably on your bed/sofa, get in a comfortable position and then eat something neutritious, like *rice* legit it helps for me, I'd recommend to get away from chocolate, stuff like sugar (but you can do what you want)
I'm the girl: That eats constantly (do this even when I'm not bleeding out) I only get emotional days before my period starts (I didn't always PMS this just started happening, fuck my body) I get BAAAD cramps, stomach aches, back aches that last hours, sometimes days And I just bleed so heavily it sucks GOD I HATE MY PERIOD I CAN'T WAIT TO STICK A ROD IN MY ARM AND MAKE IT GO AWAY!

Because you can't use a hot water bottle u could possibly use a heat pad and u can do a little excersize I've heard it works but I'm lazy and I feel like it would make it worse so I sleep😂

I have a question. So I'm going back to school soon and I'm supposed to get my period on the first week back. And since this is my first year with my period I don't know how in supposed to get pads from my locker. Cuz I can't take my whole backpack, and I can't take that like makeup bag that has pads and stuff that everyone carries cuz it looks suspicious. And if I go to my locker there's always people in the hallway. So how do l get a pad without someone seeing?
If you live in England (I'm not sure if they have Boots anywhere else 😂) then go to boots and get pads and tampons and get a Lil-Lets teen starter pack you get 3 day pads and 2 night, 2 applicator tampons and 3 non applicator and panty liners and a little leaflet but get your other pads and just pop them in the little bag it comes in.
