One interesting thing is that a kaiju's core is the main target, while the pre-planned main target for titans in Attack on Titan is also a core (If you guys look for the first manga that Hajime Isayama made for a contest). Coincidence? I think not...

he transforms into a Daikaiju also, i have a speculation that the fortitude levels translate to magnitudes, and since most Daikaiju are mostly 9.0+ this also ties to the tohoku earthquake back in 2011 which had a magnitude of 9.0

The main reason those “giant robots” came into existence is because humanity literally had no other way to kill the kaiju in that universe. Whereas in this universe… they have people that LITERALLY hold the power to blow MASSIVE chunks of flesh out of existence, in very very quick succession. @@cvrrionmusic I would assume if they didn't have those high tech suits and weapons. They would probably have enough resources to build their own mechs. Though thinking some more another reason they might not have GIANT mechs is that while costing a fortune They would be wayyy too unreliable in most cases. Yes it would be extremely helpful when fighting 8.0 behemoths but if fighting smaller kaiju the roles would literally be reversed. They would probably get slowly disassembled by the small yet powerful kaiju they would also encounter. As you can tell loving this show at the moment and is making me think of so many reasons why they choose to do the things they do :)
@@someone-nf3ui For sure, though with how wildly different every kaiju are from each other, from size to even how one should deal with them it would be very difficult to adapt designs, hopping from one prototype to another, even moreso if the monsters you fight against literally evolve and improve with every encounter. They would be able to afford it for sure, but it would be too much of a hassle. I love the show too haha.
Kafka turns into a numbered kaiju and he is kaiju number 8 and his enemy right now is kaiju number 9 and also kaijus can be turned into gear or weapons and the numbered kaijus are used by high rank people that fight kaijus and there are few kaijus that can speak and kafka are one of those along with number 9 and 11 12 13 14 and 15 and the highest fortitude a kaiju can get is 10.00 and to become a numbered kaiju the kaiju has to have a fortitude level of 9.0 and kafkas fortitude level is 9.8 and is one of the strongest kaiju in history

Yall swear that the slightest similarities to another anime make it a copy. theres also an insane amount of differences between the two. Like the way kaiju work compared to titans. Titans don’t usually appear randomly and can be seen coming. While kaiju do appear randomly, almost never in groups with different kinds of kaiju, and aren’t subjected to any time of day. Meaning they can appear at all times. Eren became a titan, the thing he hated the very most. And Kafka became a kaiju, but he never showed a deep hatred toward them. Kafka is an actual adult, goofy, but smart, coordinated, and accepting of criticism, while Eren (at the beginning) is a complete hothead, irrational, ignorant, immature, and problematic child. If that was too long to read, then just know that there are too many differences between the two anime to even compare them at a glance. There’s probably inspiration, but not nearly for your argument to be viable.
I love the idea of Plum Blossoms warding off evil, so my take would be that when Hinamori plants her sword into the ground, it doesnt disappear but sprouts from behind her into a massive tree, with Hinamori still holding onto the blade. Focusing on her bankai, the branches of the great plum blossom tree behind her sway and attack anything Hinamori wishes to, with contact from the branches causing explosions. One special feature of this bankai is that when Hinamori focuses, she doesnt actually need sight to use it, instead being capable of tracking enemies by reiatsu or evil intention, warding off evil with sacred flame from the branches of the plum blossom tree.
For anyone wondering kafka is the strongest kaiju shown so far because his fortitude is 9.8 even tho kaiju number 9 is shown to be stronger but that is because kafka doesnt know how to fully use his kaiju form
The name "Daikaiju" is kind of Ironic if "Dai" means big "Kaiju" means monster maybe but considering most of the members are human sized it's kind of Ironic

Tbh he could destroy kaiju no. 2 which almost destroy a large city and also not giving up even on its last breath and they transform that monster to a weapon and shinomiya father hold it and they say that itd above 8 fortidude so kafka maybe have fortitude of 9 or above
Kafka hibino transforms into Kaiju no. 8 a daikaiju with a fortitude level of 9.8 the strongest Kaiju we've seen yet and probably will ever see (unless Godzilla is in the show😂)
This is one of those anime where the villian has a ridiculous amount of plot armor in order to survive. In other words, kafka is too strong that the main enemy needed plot armor.
