Ge thermal under clothes (like the leggings or shirts). They makes ones that regulate tempreautere and keep you dry if you're sweating, so they prevent you from getting super cold or super hot. Underarmor is the most famous brand but there are others that are just as good. I have to go between warm houses, a lukewarm office, and the freezing outside so i wear those and they help keep me a steady temperature throughout the day.

Better cold than hot ANY DAY! I can always give someone a blanket & you can always put on a sweater, jacket, lab coat, etc., but I can only strip so far! In the ER, we were always hot! Has anyone ever noticed that hospital staff refrigerators are some of the dirtiest you have ever seen?! Often with spilled drinks or lunches/bits from leftover stuff left in there uncovered/unwrapped & literally GROWING things! 🤮

I'm literally all of these except for the "policy enforcer". I'm a hot mess, whose always cold, who has to wipe down her keyboard (lets be real, think about how many hands have touched those keys!!!) and I goof off every moment that I am not around a patient.

After giving birth, I had a bunch of lovely sweet kind caring young midwives and an older one that actually showed me some real practical things. It's not the newer ones fault, the types of learning has changed.
The cold one is so funny because everyone at my hospital agrees it's always super hot on the floor until you're several hours into an overnight and then you're cold and the blankets coming out
