you forgot one: the collector. these people just spend the whole time running around the map to find stuff like gamecubes toys/plushies and those rock eating pancake paintings. these peoples houses is filled with these items
The searcher: The players that look for great places to build such as pool tables, construction lids, and pallets. they often build on a pillar and collect food and toys. they never grief and often get wrapped up in looking and forget about nighttime.
You forgot two players: Adventurer and Adapter Adventurer: Moves around the map all the time, only stopping during nighttime to build a quick base to hide in. These players usually have filled up inventories and are ready to help others in need but won’t stop moving around. Adapter: Whenever this player spawns in, they build a base out of nearby parts and don’t abandon it. These players still go out to get food and things like that, but won’t leave too far as they will adapt to their surroundings.
@Rayd After part 1 and 2, you still missed my variety. *The Hider* is a supportive player that all the time will stay in a base, day or night. They only exit bases to go to plots right next to it. Even if they have a marker, they still stay nearby. If someone is needing help inside the base, they’ll help. They know everything about 3008 because while inside the bases, doing nothing but hiding from employees, they study the gameplay, avatars, items, and updates. If you ask them something about 3008, they’ll know it. They don’t have a avatar style they usually wear. If you place something in the base and it is really ugly to them in it, they’ll take it and put it where they think it’s pretty. If you put it back, they will kick you out the base forever. Usually they have a good memory, so don’t get on their bad side. If you ask them to work in any way, they’ll get anxious.
I like to think of that as the Scared Player. In the day time they can be mostly any type of player. But at night they hide inside the base sit in the corner and might freak out in the chat. I might be this type of player from time to time.
You forget those people who and very greedy with their bases and tend to ask somebody to leave as soon as they come along. I know that people can make their own bases but honestly I love making teams of unknown people to make a base with.
I want to add onto this: The Safe Zone Master Focuses less on building intricate and/or hidden structures and focuses more on building compounds that can house multiple players. They usually build near areas that store plenty of food for easy restocks and will accept any player willing to help out with anything or just needs a place to bunk for the night. I usually love doing this as I like seeing players around me cooperating with each other.
Ghost players only go out at day, and the reason they run around everywhere is to find bases and set waypoints so when they die they have waypoints all over the map.
i DO NOT LIKE HOW SOME PEOPLE getting chased by a worker, come to my luxurious shelter break it open to save their life and come inside, not only that but DESTROYING MY HOME AND KILLING ME AS WELL ON THE WAY.
I would say I'm a builder-foodhog hybrid people refer to sometimes as "Bunker Planner". Similar to safehouses, these players are builders who have the problem with hoarding to the point they will act as dragons- guarding their facility with antigrief measures with layers of thin materials, housing either a single tile or multiple tiles containing HUNDREDS of food items. Bunker Planners are usually people who allow players to stay inside of their bunker since they're designed to house multiple players for very long durations for either teaching them the game in pure safety for long durations, a place for them to AFK in, or to rest the night out and take a breather while they grab some supplies for their own base. Bunker planners, once finished with their horde, will usually have enough food to supply an entire *server* for an ingame week, and sometimes months if they've managed to find perfect locations with multiple cafeterias and ice cream tiles nearby. These players, while elusive, are usually there to help the noobs out however they can, but can sometimes be a little protective of their base when the people they're helping try to add on their "vision".
You forgot the parasite, this player looks around for abandoned bases, stays in them for a while and after that time, they grab everything and search for another.
I'm actually a ghost player personally and sometimes I do actually only come out at night, I do it because it gives me a fun challenge and because all you need to do is grab an object and go under it to stay safe if you are chased (unless there's crawling ones now, I haven't played in a while) and then you continue on! There's also no one running around to get food so you can get food and supplies without having to potentially fight over an item
I don’t play 3008 anymore but I was an achievement hunter for a while and I remember getting the chocolate achievement and then asking in chat if anyone also wanted it. When someone said yes we’d meet up and I’d give em the chocolate. It was very nice helping out since it’s kinda hard to get.
I thought of one, the curious: When someone mentions something about 3008 that they don’t know (like the exit or the king.) they will be like in the chat: “Where is the exit?” Or “What is the king and what does he look like?”
im not a ghost player but a thing i do is, once i figure out what day it is, every monday and friday night i go and look for food, since most go out in daytime there is more of a chance for food to be taken by other people. So at night while everyone is probably hiding out in their bases, i just grab all the food for myself. i apologise to the people that have had their base near mine or played in the same server as me :,)
I made my own type name: GAMECUBE FINDER:- they find gamecube everytime they play 3008, i mostly find gamecubes before i build a base, find a shelf, grab pallets and build. I usually set waypoint on cafeterias and medkit plots so every friday and monday, i would go grab food and medkits. Often after i find the gamecube, i would search for toys, sometimes find a DJUNGLESKOG. i feel the the DJUNGLESKOG is more rare than the gamecube. I very rarely find the rarest plot in all of 3008.
I AM AN EMPLOYEE TRAPPER, IM HAPPY IM FINALLY INCLUDED, I make giant shelf facilities containing like 10 - 30 employee cells literally all different designed.
7:48 i’ve actually spot one,right next to the black and purple plot (rare) with purple beanbags,nightlighter,gamecube,bunk bed and some tv furniture,i spent so long trying to reach the skyhouse that a lot of my friends joined leave-joined-leave over and over again (it took almost 2 hours to reach 100 studs,why you may ask? because my friends don’t know how to play scp-3008 and they keep making me die) at the end,more friends leaving and laggy screen with 10 death counts+ no food,unfortunately i had to leave the game (btw the server was fresh,when i first joined it was day 0) i found like 7 Djungelskog and 12 gamecubes,i may or may not get the achievement in the future but honestly…it was a waste of time :/
I am the renovator, pro, and builder. I am AMAZING at building, I love helping people with my skills, and I just sometimes literally remake old bases and leave them for people.
I make a big employee traps during the day than when I’m finnished I go hunting for employees at night and having them fall down into the trap and I’m a renovator
I'm actually a ghost player I heard the myth about only roaming at night time and I joke around and follow that rule of only coming out at night to scare people.
i’m kinda the pro it’s just 1 thing. i don’t play solo cause i find it boring so i barely play cause none of my friends usually are online aswell i enjoy trapping employees but almost anytime i finish the employee trap a griefer ruins it
Another one: The Lazy: Lazys are players that find bases and just stay in them and do nothing, they just live off the hard work of others but are mostly newbies or people that are trying to switch to a new play style but aren't yet specialized enough of they are just lazy on purpose Another one: The building company Building companies are actually multiple players that work to build bases and some of the players with them might be generalists that can supply the others with stuff and will accept new players Gigachads: People that help new players, help with bases, and do nothing else
I am a ghost play I would say we don't only go out at night. We go out to get food it just we only get food nearby. You don't see us a lot because we hide for the reasons of our items so they can't get stolen.
I am a ghost player i usually scavenge at night cause i risk it but mostly all i do is scavenge food make a hidden base but if someone finds a old base i made or the base i am at i will give them some food and wait for them to leave
I’m a achievement hunter in most games I’m subscribed to a RU-vid that shows and help people get badges and has a group on roblox and the people that are in it are badge hunters
i have no gamepasses and my bases are actually pretty secure but always up on a thin wall not the lobby high wall pillar. Also the ones without any gamepasses are the real masters of the 3008 game.
Im a houler/renovator, houler with my friend, and he is just- the no-life one, and if im playing lonly, im the renovator, did u already have the toxic? I HATE them, they can be super friendly, but if you are some seconds gone, they just deleted your base and leave the game.

Well, i am a ghost player. And i want to tell you what do we do. Sometimes you can see us on foggy days. And i think other players are going on night like me. Well for me, i am going on nights, i build tiny bases, and i am going on foggy days. I am building my bases somewhere is with small players. If a friend join, i am connecting her/him on discord. So, thats what i do as a ghost player.
I be a ghost in games a lot I just hide in the places you will never find me and if some one does I just ignore it I do it because I want to hide from teamers and stuff I’m also a ghost in build a boat u pretty much never see me but I’m in the sever and yes we do come out at night mostly because we don’t want to give away my base location because I don’t want annoying people there also there’s a lot of ways To ghost and that’s how I ghost
im a griefer a trapper and a pro first of all im a pro i make everything so neat perfectly aligned and know what food is very good but then griefer comes and destroy it so next game i become a griefer and i destroy players base 3rd of all im a trapper i put a wardrobe in front of small employees the i cover it up with glass tables only small employees can fit so i find them or i make tall employees fly

id say im a mix of the pro/builder and one i call the fortress builder, literally just someone who makes giant fortresses in shelfs with every item in the area edit: i actually made a fort that housed 10 players at once, probably one of the best people (fort builder) you can meet in a server
