I was never interested in share capital. Share capital ke name se hi padhne me dar lagta tha.. phir mene aapki video dekhe or mene aapne own words me exam me likh ke aap aya madam ne muzzy pure marks diya or bola I am glad you understand the process of share capital. Thanks to you aapne itna ache se samajhaya itna acha to mere Teacher ne nhi samhaya👌

Such a nice And easy way you did my question is in which form ROC approved Authorised Capital. Kya pvt Ltd CO. start Karne ke liye authorised capital ROC MAIN JAMA KARANA PADTA HAI.
