In this video the types of squint/strabismus and the cover uncover test to diagnose the type of squint is explained in a simple and creative way.
This video is dedicated to Sir Yaseen who taught me this topic of ophthalmology and many others in 4th Yr MBBS in Wah Medical college.

One doubt mam . In case of manifest squint if the squinted eye is made to fixate , there will be greater secondary deviation in normal eye .,mam. Here you showed there won't be any deviation at all in normal eye ?!

why does latent squint shows uncover test positive? matlab what makes it deviate when covered and correct itself when uncovered?

In eye with latent squint: When covered, eye is not receiving any visual stimulus that that's why the extraoccular muscles relax and the eye deviates to an easy position. When it is uncovered it starts sending visual stimulus to the brain. Two different images are sent to the brain initially due to the squint. So to correct that the extraoccular muscles of the eye contract to bring the eye in focus so that both eyes are looking at the same thing. Hope this explains
