Tried the UWE overhaul yet? Stealth becomes harder/more tactical and a lot of lore friendly content has been added to give more life to the factions and their dynamics. Highly recommend it if you're looking to play again!

@@youhan9574 Currently at 1,120 hours after being re-inspired by my Shek playthrough. Still too busy for the pace of the game unfortunately. But i can safely say I did not play the fun out of the game. I tried bits of the UWE overhaul but i didn't like it stylistically, maybe ill give it another try thanks!

The Universal Wasteland Expansion mod does that, in a way. A few things are tougher and there's more variety to things in a very very lore friendly way

The animation mod is More Combat Animations+ haha and yeah, I never played the 9th game, but I think it has the best Lu Bu track thus far

Its a mod called More Combat Animations+, though however, you do need to level your skills to see the cooler animations once you install it haha

Try the Universal Wasteland Expansion for that save lol. Tighter town security and way less opportunities to practice stealth, since guards will instantly arrest you for doing it haha

ive been enjoying tf out of UWE. i dont really cheese stealth in vanilla so the changes made in UWE wont affect me that much. i played some genesis but honestly it changed too much stuff in unexpected ways that i couldnt enjoy it. cant wait to see some of these newer mods ive seen on reddit to get finished up

@@accountname7392 Same tbh, I couldn't stand Genesis, a lot of the changes threw me off. Overhauls I liked were Kaizo and Living World and of course, UWE.

@@youhan9574 He had an exceptional series. Yes it is very dynamic but that is the beauty of the game, every event, confrontation and journey will be unique. If I had a better computer, I would start a series myself.

I recommend playing Vanilla Kenshi at first then. My only real experienced advice is to make your character run in the beginning. Make them run a lot, to boost athletics. If you can outrun many almost everything, you're one step away from surviving in the World of Kenshi ~

Try playing with xp modifiers and training dummies too. It's alot easier to figure things out at first when you're not unconscious or a slave 90% of the time.

if you bind you bind your zoom in and zoom out alternate buttons on your keyboard, you can make smoother zooms than what can be done with a mouse wheel hehe

for the combat animations here: just use More Combat Animations+. For world variation try Universal Wasteland Expansion. For Stability, just use Clean and Speed, and turn off shadows lol

Looking at it lore wise, i guess you are right. The Shek will eventually die out because of their constant wars, the hiver queens may not last long and cannot be replaced when they die, hence the hiver numbers may soon decline or they will all become fogmen; Skeletons will all wear down and rust away eventually, and regular humans might all someday evolve to become Scorchlanders due to Kenshi's landscape.

hehe i dont thing so... The Second Empire was founded on the dedication of Skeletons to preserve humanity, though I guess they did kinda the opposite with the whole child slavery thing haha

@@youhan9574 so I watched a video from another content creator on RU-vid and he failed to mention much about the gameplay itself, I couldn’t tell you if the combat is real time of tab target or turn based etc. the praise he gave for it was just stuff that u expect from a typical Bethesda rpg, like aligning with factions, being able to kill other npcs, looting and stealing etc. not quite sure what makes the game good, not hating…just curious 🤷‍♀️
