Typical and rude behaviour by WYP 

PC Cook demonstrates his apparent lack of knowledge of PACE, Road Traffic Act, ACPO Authorised Professional Practice, common sense and good, old fashioned respect and courtesy.
Transferred out of WYP and now joined South Yorkshire Police.
Should do well there.
Due to a number of incidents, seven cases against WYP for wrongful arrest and assault resulted in a five figure settlement being agreed and paid.
