My friend, it's obvious the love you have for my country Ethiopia. It is good to see someone like you from abroad showing us our own country and being an advocate for this beautiful country. Enjoy your time there and know that you are one of us - we welcome you with open hands and heart.
Wonderful videos. Aziz, you made me relive my 10 years of Ethiopian life as a youth. I was there during the reign of Emperor Haile Selassie, the golden days. I watch all your videos. They are realistic and down to earth. Keep up the good work and may Allah protect you.
@@terhgasabeha9552 Tigrayans will be a good subject for research on why people lie. Tigrayans looters and murderers, who stole billions for more than thirty years still starving and Eritreans after thirty years of independence they still starving and Eritreans are one of the largest per capita producers of asylum seekers in the world. Some were tortured, and killed, sold in Libya
Ful Mudammas (i.e. fava beans) is the national dish of Egypt. Ful (pronounced "fool" and called 'ful' for short) is often eaten for breakfast throughout Western Asia, North Africa and NE Africa. Each region serves it in a slightly different manner. I'm Lebanese and we usually serve it with tahini sauce, chopped radishes, onions, parsley, olive oil, pita bread and a squeeze of lemon. Also, try adding Kalamata olives, some crumbles of feta cheese, a dash of dried mint and za'atar. I have many Ethiopian friends. They're our Semitic cousins and their culture is similar to Arab culture.
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullah. Your brother from Sudan here. Very true, I realise we share a lot with the Habasha as Sudannese also. More especially in food and the etiquettes thereof.
@@stefos6431 It's best not to generalize. Ethiopians is full of different ethnic groups with their own history. In the case of the Habesha, there was hardly ever any intermarriage between them and Arabs. The connection comes from Habeshas originally being a Semitic race.
I love your content brother, keep up the good work! Remember, Ethiopia is not always sunshine and rainbows, just like any other place on this planet. But a critical mass of us do have a big heart and love to engage and appeciate "strangers" (who we call 'engda' or a simply a guest). Enjoy your stay in Ethiopia!
I have many friends from Ethopia , but I have never been there. Thank you man for showing us a nice and beautiful video from beautiful Ethopia and especially Adiss Ababa 👍
Fuul is one of the traditional foods of Ethiopia.I always eat fuul in my breakfast here in Canada.Nice to hear that Fuul is one of your favourite dishes.

Fuul is eaten all over east Africa. From Egypt in the north to Sudan, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Somalia. I am not sure about Kenya though. But it is quite popular just like sambusa.
@@Black-lioness i don’t know maybe. I have never been to dire dawa. I grew up in addis and we grew up eating fuul. I also have been to many places in Ethiopia and everywhere I have been you can find fuul for breakfast
Hi mayer, you are doing a very good vlogs, Thank you for the efforts, please note that Fool in english means Fava beans, I think fool was introduced to ethiopia in the last 15 years coming from neighbour Arab countries like shawarma right now, I have tried fool in many hotels but they are even not close to the taste of arabic fool, but last september I tried fool at chaka coffee, wooooooow it was amazing, delicious, Next time when I come to ethiopia I will try this restaurant inshallah
No Ful is way older, It is originally an Egyptian dish but has been around in the horn for a long time as well of course with its own unique taste. It was most common in the eastern part I believe so Harar, Dire Dawa with other things like fatira, mushebek, baklava, etc. Shawarma did get introduced recently because of the Yemeni and Syrian refugees that opened up restaurants in Addis and now I think it is used as fast food I believe.
I mean you love coffee, fool and you eat with your hands like most Ethiopians do. I think you’re Ethiopian you just don’t know it yet 😂 love your content keep it coming 👍
What a great clip; well Ethiopians in diaspora who are planning to make holidays in Ethiopia should patronize local vendors or small scale restaurants / café to energize them. Please I suggest at the end of your clip make sure to drop the address and phone number of the restaurant/café in order to make it easier for viewers to locate the area who are planning to make holidays in Ethiopia; thanks!
The people I met in Addis were some of the friendliest I’ve met anywhere. I couldn’t walk down the street without being offered an umbrella ☔️ when it started to rain.
