Fantastic video! You do an excellent job of telling what a dairy farm is about! Dad milked cows in the 50’s and 60’s. I would love to go back to those days!
This is not my dairy farm I am sorry I can't answer your question. You should reach out to some of the United States extension services in Kenya for assistance. I know Michigan State has a program in Kenya.
Even if the cows are treated with love on the farm, I think they would rather be free to roam with their mothers and children to do whatever they want. And not be constricted by your rules their whole lives to produce milk for you or be killed for your consumption. The reality of it is is that the earth is over populated with people and so the demand for cow milk and the cow itself is high. This includes other animals also. So because demand is high, they are rushed to produce more milk and give more babies, faster than what is natural for them. The inevitable outcome is that because of the growing human population, and the competition between companies, the farmers will need cows to make more cows and milk, faster and faster than whats natural, and so they will be treated abusively for it. And of course I seriously doubt the cow population is growing, unless your giving them some kind of artificial frankenstein hormone shit. There are other alternatives to cow milk, such as almond, rice, and soy milk. And you certainly don't need their meat to survive. Or what is it for, just satisfaction? Maybe to keep your business running so you can make more money? Whatever it is, people are realizing the reality of it, and you will be put out of business. And cows and other animals can finally live a life to roam free, without constantly being pushed to produce babies, milk, or whatever else, and not being under the risk of extinction.

These cows are happy at this farm, and treated with care. If you let the "roam freely" they would all die from infections in the udder, due to them not getting milked, and they would later die from malnutrition.
