They are talking about "the snobby people from Münster". And the man says that it all depends of how you would approach them (wie man auf sie zugeht) But in his head he already thinks not about them as an amount of people but rather as a given problem. So basically he says: "it depends of how you would approach it" (wie man darauf (auf das Problem) zugeht) Which is not really wrong only maybe not quite consistent.

Münsterland ist eine interessante Beschreibung über eine Stadt. Manche finden Münsteraner freundlich, Manche finden zurückhaltend. Es hängt davon ab, was man in Münster macht, denke ich mal. Ein Erasmus-Student könnte nicht die gleiche Meinung wie ein Expat haben, weil ein Expat beruflich da und sucht eine Wohnung usw. Wenn man eine Arbeitsstelle in Deutschland suchen würde, sollte man vielen entgegenkommen. Alles hat seinen Preis. Andererseits ist Münster bestimmt ein toller Ort zu besuchen.

hmm well i don't know, perhaps a little review of a university in any place of germany made from their own students and teachers. The point is to understand how works system of evaluation, class approach, pros and contras etc...

Hey, ich möchte wissen, was das wort "halt" bedeutet. normalerweise weiß ich die bedeutungen, die dieses wort hat, aber manchmal finde ich das wort in einem satz, wie um 1.24: "wir haben halt gehört". welche bedeutung hat dieses wort dann? danke :)

at 1:38, why was "darauf" corrected to "auf sie"? Is this a mistake? And if so, is it common for native speakers to do this? Diese Videos sind so hilfreich! Danke für euere Hilfe!
