Tatiana, this is so beautiful, a great African homestead. That vegetable mama is making I think it’s the one called Amaranth in English. In Kenya where I come from we call it mchicha. The corn meal she is making we call it Ugali and I now realize it’s eaten the whole of Africa and we just call it a differently. Please see how I make my ugali with measurements. The only one in the internet you can find with measurements! Thanks for your beautiful video.

The preparation of TZ and explaining the process as you guys went along was very educative. Very tasteful and healthy meal. Camera angles as always were on point. And then camera man also partook in the consumption of the end product😃 Having the kids on film is all part of the natural and authentic experience you bring to us, consistently.
