This is why I love the Tyrannids, while everyone is fighting due to complex reasons or because they're plotting some scheme, the Tyrannids whole shtick is just: "me hungy."

Necron’s also have a lot of anti-matter weaponry leaving barely any Tyranid corpses left for the Hivemind to consume and recycle, so even if they successfully overrun the Necron’s it be in a net loss in Biomass.

I wonder how annoying it would be to be say a hive fleet or something, and you know this world exist with a lot of living people, so you go there. You're sure it's got people and it'll only be a quick trip, but when you get there turns out it was a Tomb World that had only recently been discovered and they've already killed everyone and are in the process of terraforming it. That's the equivalent of saving a snack and when you go to get it turn out someone else already ate it without your permission. Worse than that they threw it out to make room for their own thing and didn't even eat the thing you put it. No respect honestly.

Yeah they are not scared of the Necrons, they just can't eat them, and when they wake up the necrons start to delete all life, and the Tyrainds that die by the necrons you can't get back. Even if they win it is still a loss for the Tyrainds.

Only Mandy from a cartoon called Billy and Mandy would be able to defeat all of them, while Billy wouldn’t, at first. Instead he would get so angry, so psychotic, that he would make all xenos extinct and end up killing both Mandy and the chaos space marines all at the same time. The high mind is not wrong in this complaint. I have very much had many encounters with my own fridge late at night where there is literally nothing to eat in there. Aside from trying to chew through glass or metal to get at the yuminess inside. And even then it's not even heated. I still have to spend like 42 minutes. Waiting for the oven to depreheat , and then another thirty minutes for the food to cook , that is just Not correct and I don't care what anyone says about them. Icrowave it never cooks the food correctly. You need to do what in the oven or else it just doesn't work. And I will literally fight anybody on the tabletop about this with my cooking nids

To be fair, some of the Tyranid scout vessels are adapted to be able to survive on minerals and ice from asteroids. Necron tombworlds tend to be fairly barren: it's not that the Tyranids *can't* eat them, rather, there are usually much more appetising options available.

The Tyranids have nothing to gain from fighting the Necrons. And the gauss weapons used by the Necrons tears your body apart at an atomic level, leaving nothing left. Due to that, the Tyranids cannot devour their fallen warriors to replenish biomass and replenish their numbers. And since the Necrons are made of metal, the Tyranids cannot eat them.
